Dayton Building and Construction Trades Council

The Dayton Building and Construction Trades Council (BCTC) is composed of 18 affiliated construction Locals from 10 southwest Ohio counties. Under the direction of Executive Secretary Grady Mullins, the Dayton Building and Construction Trades Council has helped build the region’s vital infrastructure. Whether they are working on a stadium, power plant, hospital, school, or factory, their members have the skill and training necessary to best serve the Miami Valley.

Serving the counties of Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby counties, the Dayton Building and Construction Trades Council works to champion the region’s highly-trained and highly-skilled  construction workforce, who live in the communities where they work.

These members receive their training at world-class training centers, where they learn to safely and efficiently produce high quality work to help finish projects on time and on or under budget. After completing a certified apprenticeship training program, affiliated members continue their education and training to keep abreast of the latest technology and techniques.
