ACT Ohio congratulates the Ohio candidates who campaigned for office during the 2018 Midterm Election.
“I want to extend my gratitude to each of the candidates who ran for office across our state. Your commitment to public service, particularly given today’s negative political climate, is commendable,” said Matt Szollosi, Executive Director of ACT Ohio. “Campaigning takes fortitude and sacrifice from candidates and their families. ACT Ohio and our members are grateful for your dedication to serving Ohioans.”
ACT Ohio congratulates Ohio’s newly elected local, county, and municipal officials; newly elected members of the Ohio General Assembly and Congress; newly elected Supreme Court Justices; State Treasurer-elect Robert Sprague; State Auditor-elect Keith Faber; Attorney General-elect Dave Yost; newly elected Secretary of State Frank LaRose; Lt. Governor-elect Jon Husted and Governor-elect Mike DeWine.
“We look forward to working with Governor-elect DeWine and his administration. We have the opportunity to grow our state’s economy as never before, a chance to provide more Ohioans a pathway to the middle class by continuing to strengthen Ohio’s building and construction sector,” said Szollosi.
“Our organization is committed to working with our elected officials to guarantee the prosperity of the working men, women and families of Ohio’s Building Trades.”
